Addnode Group merges the subsidiaries Tekis and Cartesia

STOCKHOLM, MARCH 3, 2016 – Addnode Group has decided to consolidate the subsidiaries, Tekis and Cartesia. The purpose is to strengthen our offering of products and services to private and public customers in Sweden and Norway, and to further support our position within the GIS field. The new consolidated company will be able to offer customer solutions, meeting the growing needs for effective and user-friendly business support.

The consolidation of Tekis and Cartesia with [120] employees is a merge of competence and technology. The new company will be a leading Swedish provider of municipal GIS and technical systems with a strong product portfolio and service offering.

TekisCartesia is a part of Addnode Group's business area, Process Management, which is a leading provider of IT systems and services, primarily to the public sector in Sweden and Norway. Customers include government agencies, 270 of the Swedish municipalities, as well as a large number of privately held companies. The business area includes the subsidiaries Abou, Arkiva, Decerno, Ida Infront, Kartena, Mittbygge, Prosilia, TekisCartesia and partly owned Kompanion. Net sales amounted to 440 MSEK in 2015.
