Executive Trainee Program

The Trainee Program

During the program, you will get the chance to take responsibility for your own projects, work closely with senior executives as well as develop your own leadership skills. The Executive Trainee Program is one year long and when completed, you will have a good understanding of our business operations and will be an essential part in continuing Addnode Group’s growth journey!

What we look for

We are seeking ambitious, highly motivated individuals with a passion for business, tech and strategy to join our next Executive Trainee Program. We expect our candidates to align with the following items:

• University degree (master’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Team player/collaboration skills
• Growth mindset and enjoys a new challenge
• Strong/creative problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, additional languages are a +
• Work independently on own projects
• Skills in MS/Office
