Shareholder’s right to have matters considered at the annual general meeting

Shareholders wishing to have a matter considered at the Annual General Meeting can send a written request to the company by mail to Addnode Group Aktiebolag, “Annual General Meeting”, Norra Stationsgatan 93, SE-113 64 Stockholm, Sweden. Requests to have a matter considered can also be sent by email to the address info@addnodegroup.com. Any request must have been received at least seven weeks before the meeting in order to be included in the notice to attend and thus the agenda of the Annual General Meeting.
