Budsoft will become part of Addnode Group's company TECHNIA, and thus be part of its division Product Lifecycle Management.

Budsoft was founded in 1988 in the university city of Poznan in western Poland. Budsoft specializes in advanced simulation solutions, working with customers in many different industries, such as the automotive industry, space and defense industry, manufacturing, civil engineering, energy and infrastructure. In 1992, the company became a reseller of the simulation software Abaqus, which since 2005 has been part of Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA portfolio.
