Addnode Group can sign contract with the City of Gothenburg worth around SEK 35 m when appeal is not granted for review

Stockholm September 8, 2016. Kartena, a subsidiary to Addnode Group, did this March receive a contract award decision from the City of Gothenburg regarding an IT system for planning, implementation and monitoring of activities within the welfare area, an order worth approximately SEK 35 million. The decision has on several occasions been up for appeal. The Administrative Court has now decided not to grant the appeal for review.

The decision taken by the Administrative Court implicates that Addnode Group now can sign the contract with the City of Gothenburg in accordance with the award decision. The agreement has an estimated value of SEK 35 million over four years, with an option for extension one plus one year.

– This contract has been up for appeal on several occasions and we are now happy to finally have the opportunity to sign the agreement with the City of Gothenburg.
