Addnode Group has been informed that Aretro Capital Group AB (”Aretro Capital”) has acquired 460,000 A-shares from Aeternum Capital AS (”Aeternum Capital”). Aeternum Capital has in a corresponding transaction acquired 460 000 B-shares from Aretro Capital.

After the transaction, Aretro Capital holds 2 501 328 A-shares and 4 738 496 B-shares, which corresponds to 17,49 per cent of the votes and 5,38 per cent of the capital in Addnode Group. Aretro Capital remains Addnode Group’s largest shareholder in terms of votes.

Aeternum Capital holds 2,169,134 B-shares after the transaction, which corresponds to 1,28 per cent of the votes and 1,61 per cent of the capital in Addnode Group.

Aretro Capital is owned jointly by Staffan Hanstorp, Addnode Group’s Chairman of the Board, and Jonas Gejer, Vice President Business Development, Addnode Group.
