Addnode Group establishes new software company focusing on e-health and pharmacy solutions

STOCKHOLM/OSLO JULY 7, 2016. The Nasdaq Stockholm listed company, Addnode Group, has established a new subsidiary branded Pharmasolutions AS. The company has initiated a partnership with Canella AB and consulting company EY Norway. Together they will deliver software within the e-health area to the Norwegian market focusing on the pharmacy industry.

IT deliveries to the Norwegian pharmacy market amounted to approximately NOK 500 million in 2015 and demand is expected to grow further as the speed of digitalization in the e-health sector is rapidly increasing. Addnode Group now establishes a new subsidiary on the Norwegian market named Pharmasolutions AS. The company will focus on business criticial software applications for companies within the field of e-health and pharmacy. Pharmasolutions will be managed by Henrik Larsson, who has several years of experience delivering IT solutions to Swedish pharmacies. The company has also signed a strategic partnership with Canella AB and EY Norway, which ensures hat both product development and service delivery will be in place from the start.

Pharmasolutions AS will be a part of Addnode Group's business area Process Management, whose proprietary software is used by a large number of Swedish and Norwegian authorities in and by more than 270 of Sweden's 290 municipalities. The business area is one of the leading software providers to the Swedish public sector.
