Executive Trainee Program

The Trainee Program

During the program, participants take responsibility for their own projects, work closely with senior executives, and develop leadership capabilities through hands-on experience. The Executive Trainee Program runs for one year and provides a structured introduction to Addnode Group’s operations and governance.

The program is designed as a pipeline for long-term talent development. A significant share of former Executive Trainees have continued their careers within Addnode Group in permanent, full-time roles following completion of the program.

What we look for

We are seeking ambitious, highly motivated individuals with a passion for business, tech and strategy. We expect our candidates to align with the following items:

• University degree (master’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Team player/collaboration skills
• Growth mindset and enjoys a new challenge
• Strong/creative problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, additional languages are a +
• Work independently on own projects
• Skills in MS/Office
