Executive Trainee Program

Are you at the beginning of your career and want to grow within an international group that builds a more sustainable society? Addnode Group is now offering a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to join our 2026 Trainee Program. You will be employed in one of our subsidiaries and participate in a centralized one-year trainee program designed to provide a strong platform for your continued career within the group.

About the program

The program runs between September 1st 2026, and June 2027 and combines:

• A full-time position in one of our subsidiaries in Sweden (Stockholm) or Norway (Oslo)
• A group-wide trainee program with business exposure across the organization
• International and cross-company collaboration
• Case work and networking with fellow trainees

The available roles in the program are:

• Trainee Finance Analyst – TECHNIA (Stockholm)
• Trainee Product Development Engineer – TECHNIA (Stockholm)
• Trainee Sales and Business Development – Decerno (Stockholm)
• Trainee Commercial Organization – Tribia (Stockholm or Oslo)
• Trainee Commercial Organization – Genus (Oslo)
• Trainee CEO Assistant; Finance and Business Case Analysis – Sokigo (Stockholm)
• Trainee Position, three roles to be announced – Symetri (Stockholm)
